Every figure on this site is the provider's own. We would rather leave a gap than fill it with a guess.

Contact the editorial desk

One address, read by the people who write the reviews. If a figure here disagrees with the studio that built the game, that is the message we want most.

A person reads this, not a queue
No ticket numbers and no auto-reply. A correction with the studio's own link attached goes to the front of the queue, because it needs no back-and-forth before the page can change.

There is no contact form on this site, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight. A form hides the address, drops messages when a script fails, and gives you nothing in your sent folder to point at later. Email the editorial desk directly at [email protected] and you keep a copy of exactly what you sent and when.

What to put in the message

A correction that arrives complete gets fixed in minutes. One that arrives as "your RTP is wrong" turns into three emails before anyone can check anything. Four things make the difference:

  • Which review you mean, by game name or by the page address.
  • The exact figure or sentence you are disputing, copied from the page.
  • The studio's own page as your source, if you have it - pragmaticplay.com for the four Pragmatic Play titles here, bgaming.com for Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS. A link to another review site is not a source, and we will end up opening the studio page anyway.
  • Where you are playing, if the point turns on availability or on a lower-RTP build running at a particular operator.

That last one matters more often than people expect. Operators can licence lower-RTP versions of the same Pragmatic game, so a figure in an in-game information panel can legitimately differ from the studio's headline number without either of them being wrong. Our RTP guide explains where that gap comes from.

What we can help with

Corrections to a published specification. Questions about how a review was put together, including which parts of the process are measured and which are judgment. A studio page that has changed since our check date of 4 September 2026. A mechanic we described badly. A game you would like reviewed next, which is genuinely useful input given how few games this site covers. If you want the full process before writing, our review method is the page that answers most of it.

Two things come up often enough to answer here. If a demo will not load, tell us the game and the browser: the previews are served from the studios' own free-play endpoints, so an outage on their side looks identical to a bug on ours and we would rather find out from you than not. And if a preview stopped sooner than you expected, that is the gate working, not a fault. It counts spins exactly on the four Pragmatic Play games and runs on elapsed time on Elvis Frog TRUEWAYS, which is explained in full on the method page.

On what happens to your message: it sits in a mailbox and is used to answer you. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, pass an address to an operator, or use a question as material for a page without asking first. If you would rather a correction were credited on the review, say so and it will be.

What we cannot help with

This is a small editorial operation and it is not a support line for any casino. If your question is about a deposit that has not arrived, a withdrawal that is stuck, a bonus that did not credit, a verification request, a closed account or a self-exclusion, it has to go to the operator holding your money. We have no access to your account, no ability to see a transaction, and no standing to escalate anything on your behalf. Writing to us first only costs you the days it takes us to reply and tell you the same thing.

We also cannot tell you which operator to sign up with as a personal recommendation, or settle a dispute between you and one. What we can do is point you at what is actually knowable: rules by province for who may legally take your bet, and real money slots for CAD balances and Interac in both directions. And if gambling has stopped being entertainment, the provincial help lines linked at the foot of every page are a better first call than any affiliate site.

Corrections policy

If a figure on this site disagrees with the studio's own page, the studio wins. Not after a discussion, not once we have thought about it, immediately. Send the link, we check it against what is live, and the page changes. The change is then noted on the review with a date rather than edited away, because a silent fix is indistinguishable from having been right all along and we do not get to award ourselves that.

Response time

We aim to answer editorial email within a few business days, and a correction with a studio link attached usually moves faster than that because it needs no back-and-forth before the page can be updated. If a week passes with no reply, send it again rather than assuming we disagreed. Nobody is triaging your message into a queue behind a thousand others.

Link-building and guest-post pitches

We get these daily and the answer is the same every time: no. We do not sell links, host paid posts, swap links, publish sponsored reviews, or accept an article written by somebody who wants an anchor inside it. There is no rate card and there is no exception for a well-written pitch. The reason is not principle for its own sake - a site whose outbound links can be bought has no way to tell a reader which of its recommendations are real, and that would undo the only thing this site actually sells.

Pitches sent to the editorial address are deleted unanswered, so please do not follow up three times to check. If you are genuinely writing about slot mechanics or Canadian regulation and want to link to something here because it is useful, you do not need our permission and you do not need to email us first.

Operators, studios and commercial enquiries

Some links on this site are affiliate links and we may be paid a commission when a reader registers through one, which is stated plainly on the about page as well as here. Commercial contact about that is fine and it goes to the same address. What does not happen is the part people occasionally ask about: no commercial arrangement moves a specification, a session log or a score. Those are finished before an operator link is written and they are not for sale afterwards.

Game studios are welcome to correct us and will get the fastest turnaround of anyone, since a studio disagreeing with our figure ends the argument by definition. If a published spec has changed, send the current page and we will update the review and date the change.
